By submitting your rental request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. By renting any prop(s) from Los Angeles Prop Guns, you acknowledge that all items are replicas intended for visual use only in film, television, photography, or theatrical productions. You agree to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and return of all rented items. Los Angeles Prop Guns and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, death, claim, legal action, or loss resulting from the misuse or mishandling of any rented prop. You further agree that any use of the props must comply with local, state, and federal laws, and that you are responsible for ensuring proper supervision and safety protocols during their use. I have read, understood, and accepted this waiver in full. You agree to return all props in the same condition received and accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during the rental period.
